Stories from Ted
From presidents to movie stars, Ted Weber has interviewed and befriended an amazing list of 20th century celebrities—giving him, and now you, an intimate and personal look at some famous personalities. And it's these stories that truly sets our tour apart.
Ted spent more than fifty years in Chicago radio and television, and the house is full of what those years left behind: Raggedy Ann and Andy dolls given by Johnny Gruelle’s daughter, walking sticks from Bret Morrison, the voice of The Shadow, keepsakes from Kukla, Fran and Ollie, and stories of dinners with Eleanor Roosevelt, Harry Truman and Myrna Loy. The stories are told in person, on the tour, by the man who lived them.
